Return & Refund Policy

At Mr Vinyl Record Shop, we want you to be happy with your purchase. We carefully inspect and package every record before shipping, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received
  • Vinyl records must not have been damaged, altered, or misused
  • Any original packaging, sleeves, and inserts should be included where applicable
  • Proof of purchase is required

Please contact us before sending any items back so we can provide return instructions.

Vinyl Condition

All pre-owned records are graded and described as accurately as possible. Due to the nature of vintage and used vinyl, minor signs of age may be present and are considered part of the record’s character.

If a record arrives with an issue that was not described, please contact us and we will review the situation.

Damaged Orders

We take care when packaging records to protect them during delivery.

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days
  • Provide photos of the packaging and item
  • We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement, refund, or suitable solution

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow your payment provider time to complete the transaction.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty or damaged, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

For faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items, we will cover reasonable return costs.
